Was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1975. He started his musical studies at the age of 8 with Maestro Emil Friedman, and was under his tutelage until he finished his studies in Caracas. Thanks to him had an intense artistic career in Venezuela which includes his debut with the Sinfónica de Venezuela at the age of 12.
From 1988, has participated in summer courses like Interlochen, in Michigan and the Aspen music festival, in Colorado where he was a student of Dorothy Delay and Naoko Tanaka, and in 1997 studied with Yuval Yaron in Bloomington Indiana. In 1993 he received the Starling foundation scholarship to study at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, together with the Emil Friedman School’s foundation for the arts scholarship and the scholarship of the Consejo Nacional de la Cultura (CONAC) to study under Andres Cardenes.

He has been concertmaster and soloist of the orchestras in Caracas, Arcos Juveniles de Caracas and founder and concertmaster of Virtuosi de Caracas. Also, has been a soloist with the following orchestras: Orquesta Municipal de Caracas, Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolívar, Orquesta Sinfónica Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, Orquesta Sinfónica de Guarico and Orquesta Sinfónica de los Llanos in Venezuela.

In the United States, he was a soloist with the orchestra of Lacrosse in Wisconsin, concertmaster of the Carnegie Mellon Philarmonic for three years, which included a performance in the Carnegie Hall of New York, and concertmaster and soloist of the Carnegie Mellon contemporary ensemble. He finished his studies in Pittsburgh with a title in Fine Arts, violin.

He has worked with Venezuelan Maestro Carlos Riazuelo whith whom he did the Bartok Concerto #2 and Brahms concerto. He has also worked and played with Abraham Abreu, Felipe Izcaray, Eduardo Chibas and Juan Carlos Nuñez and with international figures like Andres Cardenes and Gerard Causse.
